I used to buy the Rada knives with the stainless handles but switched to black handles because they feel better in your hand and the handles don't discolor in the dishe washer.

I love the feel and look of these knives; my only thing is that the in-between knife is an odd size for the shape (large knife size / style). So not really comfortable to use.... love the other 2 tho! Nice and sharp too!
