Q: It can cut paper clip?

These are precision electronic side cutters for small WIRE gauges 22, 24, 26, 28 nothing else. If you need to cut paper clips (steel) these are not for you. Buy something like lineman pliers with side cutter which will easily cut a paper clip and 8,10,12,14,16,18, 20 gauge copper and some steel or galvanized wire.
