These grow lights are pretty much as described and appear to work as expected. I initially bought two units to provide lighting in a part of my workshop, where I overwinter my large evergreen, Bonsai trees. This is my first attempt at using grow lights and I could find limited advice about using them for this purpose online, so it is bit of an experiment. The units are designed to be suspended above the plant material, but they have a limited spread and so I needed to but a third one. The set up is now pretty much as I expected but its too early to say whether they will achieve my objective. The one observation to be aware of, is that the units have an inbuilt fan and are a little noisy. As a single unit the noise level is tolerable, but when you have several, as I now do, the noise is quite noticeable and annoying if you are using the same space for some other purpose. Surprisingly they do give off a bit of heat, which in may case is not a problem, but could be if located in a small unventilated space.

This light is probably the best grow light for the price, I started with the 600w and was very impressed with the light as a whole, I invested in the 1000w not long after and I'm glad I took the gamble it's well made and I can't find a fault with any of the two lights they replaced my metal halide and sodium bulbs for cost but was not expecting any miracles but to my surprise they can easily replace the high wattage ml and sodium bulbs 1. The cost of power and 2. The heat these may take a few days more to grow but when they get going these lights are more than capable to give you a successful experience...

Amazing, since I changed to this light from a normal grow bulb my plants have really come on. Definitely worth every penny and will be purchasing more in the future. The fans are extremely quite and keeps the light incredibly cool, I really like the fact it has 2 switches 1 for bloom and the other for veg but you can have both on at the same time giving better spectrum. Also the fact it comes with thermostat and rope pulley system makes it even better. You have the ability to dasie chain multiple together. Last point it also doesnt use a lot of electricity and that is a massive bonus. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

But unfortunately not energy efficient like it stated! so can’t afford to leave it on for long time which is a shame because I need it on continuously

I had to return the first one I bought as its glass covering the LEDS had an misalignment issue with it. The returns procedure was faultless and very straight forward. The second one I ordered was fine, its a sturdy light the VEG and BLOOM functions are great as they can be used independently and also together. The temperature hygrometer is a bonus. The heat lamp works very efficiently and can heat an area quite quickly , Overall this is a good product.

Have not had it long enough to see a plant grow, However it seems to put just enough light out.
