White Gelcoat No Wax – Isophthalic NPG Fiberglass Marine Gel Repair Kit, UV Resistant & Waterproof for Boats, Pools & Fiberglass (1 Gallon + 2oz MEKP-925)

Used this to resurface my fiberglass roofdeck. Was of excellent consistency and rolled out well using a standard paint roller (I just pour out the mix on the deck and roll it, forget the roller pans!). Mixed quart batches with the hardener added by eye, and the product "kicked" about an hour later, was hard enough to walk on in 4. Just exactly what you want, especially if overnight rain is in the forecast. Using the unwaxed variety, was able to build up a couple of layers without the hassle of re-sanding between. PS: if you have a roof deck, white gelcoat will not get hot even in intense summer sun. Our old faint gray coating would get too hot to walk on; even a little color absorbs the sun and probably adds to thermal stress on the underlying glass.
