Q: I have the chamberlain klik1u clicker transmitter universal garage does this program the same ??? i can't seem to get to work

Here is how mine works. I press a paperclip into the hole on the side of the remote until a light on it goes on. Then I press the "learn" button on the garage door. Then I press the remote button I want to program. I usually have to press and release the remote button three times before the garage door light blinks, indicating it is programmed. Then I press one of the two remaining buttons on the remote and the job is finished. I don't know why I have to press the remote button three times but I have about six of these same remotes and they all work the same way.

Q: Is it possible to accidentally open your door with this remote, if you lob your keys down on a counter or brush it up against something?

Sometimes when I put my keys in my pocket I find that I have accidentally triggered the button to open the door. My Chamberlain door monitor lets me know when that happens.

Q: Is this compatible with Came gate opener?

No it is not, the Came system uses a 433.92 MHz or 868.35 MHz where as this remote uses 315 MHz or 390 MHz.

It is a universal remote. We bought a house and had no remote.so I bought this one it works great. The directions are easy. Our device is also chamberlain so you should do fine. It is small so it goes on your key chain.
