I LOVE these scrub pants! I lost a ton of weight, but can't seem to get rid of that extra "muffin top", so was still forced to weat larger sizes. These have a relaxed stretchy upper waist that is perfect for that extra little roll! π I am 5'3 and 155-160lbs right now and fit in a Small Petite (and the length is perfect!). They are also high rise, (but comfy) so I don't have to worry about blending over and picking stuff up! π The material is also very smooth (like a little "silky" but not). I have had the same pair for 2 full years and the fabric never changed! When I am 145-155lbs they have a little extra room, which is sometimes nice! I think if I would go up to 170lbs they would be too tight. I hope this helps anyone trying to find the right size! ππ

Best/comfiest scrub pants I have ever owned. Ordered in an XS tall. They fit really well. Length is perfect for long legs. The silky soft waistband is nice and high, and smooths out the midsection well without being restrictive or uncomfortable. I love all the Greyβs and Barco scrubs I have but this is my favourite piece of all of them.
