The product is delivered perfectly by the delivery person however the problem is all about the storage conditions. These are tablets and they radiate heat out of the box and it is non-returnable. Health hazard situation here. Super disappointed.

Another one of those is it a cause or correlation things. Blood pressure shot up over this passed winter, as did a rather hair trigger anger. Addressed the BP increase with help of my doctor, but I still seemed to sweat the little things. At about same time, winter began to break (175 days of snow cover), increased outdoor activity (spent quite a bit of time daily outside during the winter snowshoeing, XC skiing, trail maintenance, etc), and I began taking the Slow-Mag magnesium Chloride (One in AM and one PM). What have I noticed? Inner thigh cramping has all but disappeared. I’m sleeping well. Heart rate and BP have both dropped into healthy levels. Have not seen resting HR in high 40’s for a long time. What I really notice is, I am no longer sweating the little things. Anger has grabbed me once during past two months, whereas it was a daily occurrence prior to SLOW-MAG use. If memory serves me correctly, I used this product a few years back and experienced the same calming effect. Magnesium is tough to incorporate into ones diet, and magnesium chloride is one of the better supplements in regard to the body absorbing the magnesium. In my opinion, it’s worth the try. I may have no real “empirical” proof of the products effectiveness, yet there appears to be a correlation of beneficial effect in my daily life.

I have fibromyalgia and one of the small but super annoying symptoms is muscle twitching everywhere from a tick in my eye lid to leg and arm twitches. This stops muscle twitching for me. Period. Also helps prevent severe calf spasms that I suffered with my entire life. I used much higher dose "health food" Mg supplements without effect. My doctor recommended this particular brand and it really is absorbable to the body in a way regular supplements are not. It has been a life saver for the decade plus since my fibro diagnosis. Often when I take a supplement (or prescription medication for that matter) I don't really know if it is working or not. Slow-Mag definitely works for these muscle problems I have. It also helps with constipation. Think it may have other benefits as well as some others say but I am just writing what I can tell for sure. Also GREAT price online less than $10 as 'add on' I think it was. Have seen it for $17 in drugstore and it can't be bought from health food stores. Pills are a modest size and easy to swallow cause they are coated. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an absorbable Mg supplement.

I was told by my medical team I needed more mag in my diet to help prevent muscle cramps. I started adding this as a daily supplement... and it seemed to help... but I realized I was only taking 1 pill and should be 2 which I now take. So this helps towards reducing/minimizing/maybe eliminating painful muscle cramps. So far, its has been better. Follow the directions and it'll help you too! Good luck! Molly

I like these to help me sleep and it's also good for digestion. I got a prescription for slo mag but these are the same as the prescription so I buy them from Amazon and get them delivered instead of using the pharmacy.
