It has a fair amount of caffeine, do be really, really careful about drinking coffee, sodas, etc. Cut my appetite in half. Have lost over 20lbs.

Recently started back on this and so far so good. Solid long lasting energy, thermo you can feel but not uncomfortable, and it even helps with digestion. Can't say for sure if I've lost any weight but I feel lighter, pants are fitting better, and I look leaner. It's a positive in my life.

This product works to reduce hunger and weight.

I works great but with my body I believe it works against the GF9 so not worth giving up benefits of GF9
