Really really recommend this shampoo bar! I’m so impressed by it, admittedly I’ve never used a shampoo bar but I have really fine hair that gets easily greasy and I’ve always thought a shampoo bar would just make it kind of claggy and not work for me. Anyway since it was pretty cheap I thought I should try it, plus I love that it’s just in cardboard packaging.. and I would definitely say it works equally as good as any liquid shampoo I’ve ever liked! It lathers up super well and then washes out really well too, not sure yet for how long the bar will last but I’ve used it for a week and it’s still pretty much the same size. It hasn’t made my hair dry or greasy at all! Just clean and shiny as usual. As others have said the smell is quite subtle but I was surprised how much I liked it and it’s a really nice fresh and natural clean smell :) so yeah a total 10 out of 10 for me. will definitely try and continue using this bar from now on and not go back to plastic bottles! I also bought their face soap bar and I really like that too but I haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin from that, it’s just a nice smelling eco friendly soap bar that cleans your skin well and doesn’t dry it out.

I have a very sensitive scalp, and I’ve noticed that when I use this shampoo bar, I get noticeably fewer dry skin flakes compared to many others I’ve tried. It feels gentle during use and doesn’t leave my scalp irritated, which is a big plus for me. The bar itself is a good size—almost the same size as the box—and has a pretty imprint of the Eco Warrior branding, which gives it a well-made feel. It has a lovely, light scent that isn’t overpowering. I use this brand quite often and have been consistently happy with their products, and this shampoo bar is no exception. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because though this does lather well, I've had a different brand of solid shampoo that lathered better.

I was a bit skeptical about shampoo in a bar and purchased it for long distance hiking. I thought I should try it out before I left to ensure my hair did not become dry and frizzy! I used a bar conditioner as well. OMG it was so good on the scalp and my hair came out really soft and shiny. Could this replace all my plastic bottles? Maybe. Plus I loved the smell. I will have a better idea if I use it over a few weeks. But it has passed the first test.

I was really excited when I found a shampoo bar for less than £3 so I subscribed and have been using this bar for around a year. I am really disappointed to see that there was no update on price changes from Amazon nor from the supplier, but as well as this, the price increase for me is just too much. I have a family of 5 and one bar lasts us just over a fortnight. Too much alas and am disappointed the price has increased so much as trying to reduce my plastic use is important to me. A real shame as the shampoo bar is top notch: it doesn’t cause irritation like some others, it cleans properly and doesn’t leave a waxy residue like others and smells lovely. I am well aware many other brands are £8+ but these brands also need to work to bring down the cost so the average Joe like me - with lots of other outgoings - can afford to live in an eco-friendly way.

Fantastic product. Bought this for my son who suffers with severe psoriasis on his scalp and this has helped clear it up ( along with his creams) when most shampoos make it worse. Definitely recommend.

Really foamy! Smells amazing! I ordered because it was woman owned, eco friendly and plastic free however I will recommend to anyone that will listen! The smell is so fresh, it’s more bubbly than my normal bottled shampoo and is perfect for travelling! I will never go back to bottled liquid shampoo now!

For me I found this product tedious to use. It took a LOT of effort to get a lather going and a lot of product too! I was having to use more water and being a mum and having a business to run too I just don’t have the luxury of being able to spend a long time faffing around on myself. To put it into context I have waist length hair which is both quite thick and coarse so before I gave up and binned it I did wonder if it was my hair type that was the problem. I trialled it on my youngest who has fine short hair and it lathered up a treat, as quickly as bottled shampoo (in fact it was better as it didn’t slide off his hair like bottle shampoo). For my own intrigue I also used it on my eldest who has thick coarse hair like me but much shorter as he’s a lad - worked amazingly on him too! Clearly it’s the length of my hair that’s the problem so if your hair is shorter then you’re in for a treat and I highly recommend as it cleans well and even my boys commented on the nice scent. If your hair is longer be prepared for longer shower times and using a heck of a lot of this soap!
