Not happy with the product

My size is 5 but in this product it was tight for me n I also felt achy near the foot thumb and inner part from where the heel starts because of its strap. I think it is not a finalized product because the two slippers are slightly different from the straps side i.e on one slipper it seems that something has been cut but on the other side it is not. Attaching the pics as well...also the market price was removed from the box that shows we are cheated.
