Absolutely love the updated version of this carafe! 🩷 Wish I had replaced it years earlier. I absolutely love my Mayu swirl.🙏

I have love my Mayu and have been using it daily for years. My original carafe broke so I ordered a replacement. The new one has a mobile plastic disc instead of one mounted to the bottom. The spiral was irregular, sometimes it flips out of place and stops working. When I reached out, they sent me a new base which works perfectly! I love this carafe and also a company that cares!

The separate impeller is a good modification. It can be cleaned. This is the best water for me. I have a megahome water distiller, then I "liven" up my water by running it through the Mayu. I add minerals, and a tiny amount of sea salt. Excellent water.

Pitcher works well.. Too bad I can't buy just the impeller!!

I went from loving this product to being very disappointed. I used to have the original glass vase, but accidentally broke it. It hurt to pay the steep price to purchase a new vase, but I loved this product so much that I didn’t want to be without it. The new design has a condensation that will not go away. Even when you try and rinse the water over the condensation it is still there. Save your money and wait until they can redesign the vase again.

This is the second pitcher I broke this year. It just toppled over the counter and broke at the top. The manufacturer could use a better quality and sturdy glass. My family thinks that they make it fragile on purpose so I keep buying new ones :(
