Cake decorator approved. I don't use any sugar or colourants in any of my cakes so finding natural alternatives as been so important. This is the third or fourth time I have bought this sweet potato powder. The taste is great as very very subtle and easy to colour chocolate with. The colour comes out PERFECT. After using it in cakes I also introduced it at home and make things like pancakes, waffles and yogurts for my daughter to enjoy! I'd definitely say worth a try if you're trying to make more conscious and healthy choices!

Great for baking especially with Taro and you want to dye it purple using natural ingredients.

I make ube lattes and iced latte out of this. The taste and quality is amazing. Just ordering 2 more today as well.

This is great for creating pale or dark purple colours. But it needs to be dissolved as its a powder. I wanted to use it to make dark purple fondant icing for a cake. Unfortunately it didnt mix well with the fondant and was a disaster. Might be ok with butter icing though. Lovely colour and its much safer to use than the artificial purple food dye.
