I used this sealant to block off water to the battery terminal on my golf cart and it worked perfectly. You can use these for just about any project that would need a tight seal around to prevent the elements from coming in. The tape that mounts this sealant is great as well, it actually grabs onto the surface and won't come off over time. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Ordered 2 (two) rolls as I needed it for several different projects. One was to re-seal an older door between the house and the attached garage. The other was to seal (for dust and for heat loss) an Attic Hatch. I rebuilt the Hatch several years ago and added some 4-5" of insulation on top of it, but the narrow wood frame that is sitting on it is not even and has some hard to repair areas where is uneven. Figured that this weather strip will compensate and it was just right! Will find some other ways to use it, as it is of the Compression type and the quality of the material is awesome.

seems of good quality for a weather stripping material but, turned out too be too thick/stiff for our door, we couldn’t shut it..

I bought this to seal my kitchen cabinets in an attempt to keep out the dust which is significant in our dry environment. I used two magnet closures for the doors to hold them shut firmly on the tape and this weatherstripping tape did the rest. Easy and fast to apply and so far doing a GREAT job!!! No gaps. Good adhesive. Will be doing all my cabinets.

The product was exactly as described. However it lacked a stong adhesive on the back. I had to re-apply the product after adding a layer of silicon adhesive.

Old stuff, adhesive was barely tacky. The stuff shrunk so much that the backing was dislodged every inch or so from shrinkage.

Had 4 uses for this. 1) car front window wiper plate to keep leaves out from going under plate into wiper housings 2) motorcycle hard saddle bag covers/lids 3) Rear door top deflector on van 4) Door gap Fit all four and did the job great. Stick was good. Remember to clean the area first for best stick. The spacing I knew I needed this size and so it was perfect. Last will be durability, This will be time tested. However, it was made very well.

I used it to close a gap between a bent car door and the frame. This product beat my expectations. The adhesive was stronger than I thought it would be. 6 months and about 5,000 miles later, and the rubber is still in great condition. It also tremendously reduced road noise. I'm glad I bought this product and I recommend it!

I couldn’t get an exact replacement for my RV compartment door seal which was starting to become unstuck. This one was very close and seems to be doing the job. The longest and most difficult task was removing the old adhesive from the aluminum without damaging the surface. I used paint thinners, rags and plastic scrapers and then some rubbing alcohol to remove and residual paint thinner. I used the new self-adhesive weather stripping and carefully applied pressure to stick the stripping to the aluminum. Time will tell how long the adhesive lasts and how well it stands up to repeated opening and closing of the compartment Original only lasted 3 1/2 years. I’m hoping this product will last longer.

Loved this product. This has by far been the best door and window insulator that I have found anywhere. Beats anything ever found at other big box stores.
