I have used this product for quite some time and it helps to alleviate the bags under the eyes. It is a great product.

There is not much I don't like about this. It really does help with under eye circles and great for puffiness. Rolls on smooth and the ball on the applicator is cooling!

I love this stuff! The roller gives a cooling effect. There's no fragrance whatsoever and doesn't irritate my skin. The gel is very hydrating, which helps reduce the appearance of my fine lines. The caffeine helps tighten up my tired baggy eyes enough to be noticeable. It's not a miracle but it does help.

This product speaks for itself. I have been using it for the last few weeks and the darkness under my eyes have cleared up tremendously. I will buy this item for life.

I have not noticed any improvement in my puffiness under my eyes. I don't think it works. So disappointed in paying for products that do not work in this economy!

When I received this product, the actual product packaging (not delivery packaging) was indented, it was not sealed, you can see residue from where stickers where ripped off on the product box as if it were 2nd-hand. On the actual eye-roller there was no protective seal before opening, nothing was sealed & the boxes where messed up. Since this is a product that you would have to put on your under eyes, it's just too risky to use for chance that it's been tampered or contaminated.
