After struggling for many years trying to wash kitties in the bathtub with a shower hose that almost reaches but doesn't quite, I finally had enough! I did tons of research and found this Delta shower head with extending hose and said "why not?" and ordered it. I am so glad I did! I can now rinse my cat's butts without having to move them into weird yoga positions because the hose doesn't reach - all I have to is give a tug and the hose extends and cat butt is rinsed without bloodshed - hooray! Personally, I love the rain shower setting, as I have fibromyalgia, intense shower pressure can be very uncomfortable, but not with the Delta shower head - it really feels like I'm outside during a gentle rain and because of that my nerve endings are nice and calm! If I need to rinse conditioner out of my hair I just change the setting to the handheld shower head that has more pressure and I'm all done in under a minute! Be warned, if you're looking for super intense water pressure and you're not on city water, it probably won't happen. My husband wants the water pressure coming out of the shower head to be about the same as the pressure coming out of a fire hydrant, or if the shower is hooked up to four 747 jet engines - basically he wants all of the skin cells of his epidermal layer removed at over 300psi to have it be considered a "shower" LOL! Three cats and I love this shower head! Hubby says it looks nice and loves how it makes washing three cats easy, but until someone makes a shower head with the pressure of rockets blasting into space he won't be happy LOL. 4 to 1 have voted that this is the best shower head ever! I recently installed the Delta Arvo Single-Handle Tub and Shower Faucet with the 4-Spray Dual Handheld Shower Head, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Love it! Works and looks great!

Excellent product. I would give this 5 stars but for a customer service issue with Delta. The product looks good, functions great. Our plumber was able to install everything with ease. For our shower (on a second floor in an old home that doesn't get great water pressure) the water pressure out of this shower head is pretty good. For the price (i.e. not a high end brand), it's a good value. However, the box from Delta was missing the set screw (which keeps the faucet handle attached), so at present we have a handle that easily pulls off. I submitted a quesiton on Delta's website for finding a replacement screw and they responded the next day with a model number for replacing the handle itself (for $30), with no guidance on obtaining it and with no offer to take care of the situation for us. I've searched far and wide online and while set screws for other faucets are available, there does not seem to be a way to buy this set screw separately. Delta's phone customer service is only available during business hours, and so I've been on hold while writing this review hoping that whomever eventually answers will have a solution (as of this writing I've put at least 45 minutes of my time into trying to find a screw that was missing from Delta's package). **As an update, after about 20 minutes on hold, a very friendly and helpful Delta rep immediately resolved things. Because the set screw is not available separately, they are shipping a new handle that comes with the screw, no charge.

Has water pressure /flow reducing parts so you have to get those out if you want a decent shower with normal water flow. We got two out and there is still one in there I can’t reach and I’m worried about breaking it. Bath tub drain constantly leaks, the rubber gasket is too small to cover tub drain so I have to pull it out and use a jankey rubber stopper when I want my bath to hold water. Total POS, I would find something different for the $$$$

I appreciated the simplicity of the install, however most of the finishes are plastic which does make it feel cheap. The tub spout also began dripping after about a months use. Water pressure also drastically changes when using both heads at the same time. But there is a strong flow from the tub spout, so fills up the bath quickly.

Working great after year of use. Finish is beautiful. Spray power is great. Easy to separate head sprayer and reattach.

If you looking for some Style and function look no further this shower head faucet is beautiful it also has a handle that detaches a rain shower mode that works amazingly and I absolutely love it I also like that the shower head nozzle pieces that the water comes out are rubber so you can just wiggle them back and forth to get off any calcium

El grifo para llenar la tina parece fiable: es sólo un palo que se puede subir o bajar; el plomero dijo que podría suceder una fuga en cualquier momento. Tuve que comprar un grifo adicional. La fuerza del flujo tampoco está regulada: está abierta o cerrada. Extremadamente decepcionado con la compra. No lo recomiendo.

It didn’t fit well my setup And I’ve had to return it but the quality of this was very good. Great design as well and very minimalist ❤️ loved it a lot and hard take not being able to install it 😔
