This stuff is amazing and feels like the missing piece to my thyroid health journey. Diagnosed recently with Hashimotos and after struggling with intense fatigue, I noticed a huge difference in energy within 48 hours of starting this. Will be coupling it with thyroid med going forward and hope to see even more improvement in thryoid related symptoms. But I can't imagine not taking this!

Last spring I got labs done that showed my thyroid was borderline hypothyroid. I got this supplement to see if it would help. I started by just taking 1 pill per day to adjust my body to these new vitamins. I ended up only using it for 4 months before I got pregnant and stopped it. I had labs done again and my thyroid was well within the normal range! This alongside a balanced diet I would say really helped!

I trust Thorne to make good products. It's always hard to know if your supplements are doing anything, but I believe these are a good complement to my regime. I take one every night before bed and they don't disrupt my sleep. That way when I take my thyroid early in the morning, these ingredients are in my system to assist in absorption of the thyroid meds. My labs have improved slightly, so something I'm doing is working. I'll keep taking these, but I just take one a day instead of the two. I just take too many pills to take two. Wish the complete dosage came in one capsule.

I’m turning 40 and I have been off synthroid medicine (synthetic) for 1 year supplementing with Raw Thyroid pig’s hormones and still felt something was a little off. Know that you can start with 2 tablets taken once a day on an empty stomach (preferably just after rising to start your day); but you will need to advance to taking a second dose on an empty stomach later in the day, an hour before eating. I've learned that second dose is very important.

Excellent product

The recommended dosage is crazy. I started with 1 capsule a day at bedtime because these ingredients can def cause anxiety. I did the for a week and then added a second capsule in the morning. So 2 a day- morning and evening, def have improved symptoms. This product seems to be a natural solution to have sluggish T3- my only suggestion is too do your research and ease in, some of these ingredients can exacerbate thyroid issues if your not sure about what’s going on with your body.

We have felt less stressed and more sustainable energy after using these.

Fantastic supplement. All the good stuff I need combined in one cap. Would be even better if we could reduce to once per day.
