Apple 2021 11-inch iPad Pro (Wi-Fi, 256GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

Perfect condition. It works perfect. Screen, not a single mark or blemish. Case perfect. My last one, same model and everything was also perfect. Last one purchased only a 2 year extended warranty. Charging went crazy, M1 processor, went weird right after apple update, right after. We know they have played this game before. SO, this time I purchased a 4 year extended. I have also learned "apple tech" is really "apple sales people." Can't fix anything! While trying to get them to do something, l listened to customer after customer get hustled - "oh, no apple care plus? We'll the only thing you can do then is buy a used or a new one." Anyway, I have to have the ipad pro with the Lidar camera, so there you go. A beautiful piece of equipment, just wonderful in everyway. Seller was straightforward in product to item received. Very good transaction. Just expensive but a much better deal than apple offered.

Basically was brand new when I bought and received it. Aside from some very very minor blemishes (back of the iPad, there are like 2 tiny dents and a scratch) this thing does what I need it to do, and does it well. I bought this back in 2023 and I’ve been in love with it since. One of my best purchases to date. I chose this even over the newer M2/M3 models at the time because there’s really no need to put money towards that when this model does exactly that lmao. There is an occasional area on the iPad where the Apple Pencil will not respond while taking notes, somewhere near the top/middle right, or sometimes where the pencil won’t respond at all for a few seconds while taking notes at all (THIS IS MAINLY WHILE USING GOODNOTES, maybe it has something to do with the constant need of switching colors/tools and the menu bar being in that same area) but it goes away quickly or doesn’t bother me enough to where it’s considered defective. It’s fast, responsive, has great storage (I got the 128gb version, still haven’t even used all of it) and was super easy to set up and start using. Very lightweight (without the case) and the touch screen works as expected, minus that issue with the Apple Pencil. Mind you, that only happens with the pencil itself. No issues with finger to screen.

This iPad is a great device for professionals. I do a lot of photo and video editing, so I immediately installed Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve and Procreate on it. The M1 processor is an absolute beast! It’s pretty difficult to make a 120Hz screen on a mobile device look smooth all the time, but there’s so much processing power in this iPad that it handles it perfectly. The screen is phenomenal and the speakers are amazing too. It’s thin and light. It’s pretty much the iPad Pro to get in 2023, especially at this price. My unit came in perfect condition - apart from two pretty deep scratches in the screen on the top right corner. Luckily, they’re out of the way and don’t affect usability, and didn’t interfere with installing a screen protector. Otherwise, the iPad is in like-new condition. Original box, charger, and cable. The shipping took forever, but that’s a fault of USPS leaving the package on their truck and going to a whole different state. (Seriously, it was in the right city, but it had to leave the state to go to some other random place for some reason?) Some reviews mentioned getting the incorrect model, so when I unboxed it I immediately looked up the model number and confirmed I had been sent the correct one. The battery life isn’t particularly impressive to me, though I don’t know if that’s a fault of the refurbisher or that it just didn’t have insane battery life in the first place. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend getting refurbished iPads.

I got this iPad to use for my studies in university. It's been great so far. There were no scratches directly on the screen. There was only one small scratch on the back but it's barely noticeable. Other than that, since I got it refurbished, it was great value for the money. Everything else was standard.

I chose a refurbished unit that was rated "excellent". It completely lived up to the description. It is indistinguishable from new. It looks and works like brand new. The seller guarantees that battery health is 80% or higher. My unit has 93% battery health - which I consider excellent for a model that came out 3 years ago. I haven't tried the charger or cable, because I already have so many around the house. But they look new, and look like the ones Apple includes with the iPads it sells. The unit was packed well, though it doesn't come in its own box. The iPad, charger, and cable were each wrapped securely in bubble wrap. All three items arrived completely undamaged. The seller provides a 90-day return period. I figure, if something is seriously wrong, I will know it in less than 90 days. So far, the unit is working perfectly. I chose the 2021 M1 iPad Pro over the 2022 M2 iPad Pro because reviewers said the M2 version was only marginally better than the M1 version. The M1 is already more power than me and many other ipad users will ever need. I ruled out getting the M4 iPad Pro. It's extremely expensive, and I don't run the kinds of apps that can really take advantage of the powerful M4 chip. Plus, I would have to get new accessories, because the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil 2 I already own don't work with the M4 iPad Pros. I strongly recommend buying a refurbished iPad Pro from this seller, and if you can afford it, pay a few extra dollars for one described as "excellent" or at least "very good."

Ya han pasado varios meses desde que compre este iPad y me ha sorprendido bastante, me llegó en perfectas condiciones, sin ningún rayón y todo le funciona al 100%. Obviamente no llegó en caja original ni trae accesorios originales.

El producto es bueno y tine un chip M1 el cual ase que tenga muy buen rendimiento y buen almacenamiento el mejor por su precio me llegó sin un solo raspón lo cual se aprecia y llego antes de navidad pero los cables son de otra marca y se sienten ligeros pero eso es lo de menos lo mejor

Second pad bought through this seller, first was 'excellent condition' physically, yes - battery was cooked and it was like pulling teeth to get a return. Second, in 'good condition' is not so good. Way more scratches than indicated in their rating system, the corner is dented, indicating a decent drop, and my brand new pencil seems to have intermittent connection lag making drawing have more friction than I would hope for almost a thousand dollars. For reference, my coworkers pad works flawlessly with my pencil, again, it (pencil) is brand new. I'll give it a week or two but so far I can't recommend this seller as their products don't match the descriptions in two back to back cases. Buyer beware.

Confío 100% en mis compras en amazon ya que tienen devolución gratuita en caso de que no sea lo que esperabas. Anteriormente compré este mismo modelo en la versión de 12.9 pulgadas y estaba bien pero con problemas en la batería. La devolví y todo Perfecto. Ahora con este iPad llevo ya unos meses y funciona perfectamente tanto la batería como los demás componentes de hardware. En cuanto a la Estetica, le pondría un 9.5, ya que la pantalla presenta ligeros rayones (casi imperceptibles). El resto del iPad estaba en excelentes condiciones. Vale la pena ya que costó 8mil pesos menos que si fuera nueva y en condiciones excelentes.
