Red KapMen's Solid Team Jacket

I'll tell you that these jackets are great for hard work and they last forever, well almost forever. This is my replacement shop jacket. This is the exact color and size of the one that I'm replacing that I've had for 22 years. You can't go wrong with the quality of these jackets. Only two days to receive from purchase to delivery. Need I say more?

My husband has a auto repair & body shop. He wore out his old spring-fall work jackets. RedCap is a old and long trusted brand. He loves this jacket. The price is great. Fits true to size, washes great. Wonderful gift.

No inside pocket

Stats:Usual Size: Medium5'10"190-200lbs42in Chest**Medium**Fits great. Still a little baggy in the torso and definitely makes me look a little fluffier around the stomach, but that just means I have room for layers. I can cross my arms, bend down, and touch my shoulders with no restriction. Sits just below the belt but rides up as you move which doesn't bother me. I feel that sizing down would make it too short.Runs a little large for layering. Overall, pretty good and feels like it'll last some time.**Large**I went one size larger because some were saying it runs a tad "tight" or "small" and I listened to them for some reason. I usually wear a medium, but can usually fit a large. I ordered a reg-large and this is too big even if I wanted to layer. The sleeves are longer, so it bunches up and I can't use the arm pocket. The chest and belly area are definitely roomy. Fits good around the waist, just below the belt. Overall it looks pretty proportional even if it's a size too big.The inside liner does feel plastic-y. Similar feel to a cheap nylon drawstring backpack but it's comfortable and actually pretty warm. The stretchy parts feel quality and seems like it'll last quite a while. The outer material isn't bad and feels soft yet rigid. YKK zipper is good; smooth and no snags. The color is nice; darker than the pictures.The jacket would be pretty good if it fit well, but from other reviews, different places of manufacturing have different fits and quality. This one was made in Indonesia. Hope my exchanged one is consistent in sizing.

Great jackets we have bought several now and they hold up

I have purchased this jacket twice. It is a great value for the price. The first jacket is still in excellent condition after much use. I've lost a lot of weight so ordered again in a smaller size. It is durable and has a padded lining. I wear it over a fleece lined hoodie during the winter months. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. First off, If you’ve worn any of the dickies or carhartt jackets before you’re familiar with that rugged heavy duty nylon material. This jacket is far from that, it is a slick and thin nylon with a rather comfortable inside lining. This makes the jacket very light and dare I say sporty. *FITS VERY SLIM, SIZE 1 UP*Second thing I noticed is how wrinkly this thing is out of the package. However that’s fixable with a clothing iron which I did immediately.Lastly, I noticed a ton of excess strings in every seam of the coat. This is an indication of bad quality control at the factory.In summary, if you need a jacket for blue collar work, run from this jacket and go buy a dickies Eisenhower. If you’re me and you work at an auto-parts store and you need a good jacket to throw patches on and wear in cool conditions then I say go ahead. The long term durability scares me and I’m not sure it’ll survive one good time of getting snagged on something metal. I’m only giving this 3 stars because the one pockets are a perfect touch.
