So far it works great! They offer to add an extended warranty at no cost and I took it just in case. But so far works wonderfully! It also looks cute on the counter! Love the fact that turns off automatically when done. Love it!

We ordered our first tea kettle in June ‘23 and it is still working great today!! We love, love this product so much that we just ordered another one for whenever this one stops working. It is lightweight, durable, and a very pretty design. Hope they never run out of stock !!🫖☕️

After having this kettle make us tea every day for the past 2+ years, I cannot praise it enough for doing the job right every time. Heats water super fast and delivers excellent tea every time. We also use it to heat water for all our other recipes such as rice, grits, etc. easy to clean and most of the attachments come off easily for a good cleaning also making git easy to maintain

I LOVE this teapot, but steam burns from the spring-loaded top/collar that pops up spontaneously make this a health & safety nightmare! It even pops off when you're in another room and water starts boiling (and it won't stop boiling until you push the top back down- which SHOULD be easy to do, just not on this kettle!). The oversized, clunky "trivet" base (that should fit the kettle bottom) and black power cord (that should be white) don't do it any favors either; but I'd gladly overlook that if the top/collar actually stayed put so I wouldn't get burned all the damn time! P.S.- The ring of blue LEDs do NOT make the glass teapot glow like my previous kettle did (maybe they face out instead of up? idk) SOOO disappointing...

This electric kettle is beautiful and works perfectly.It came well packaged too.Made me a lovely glass of iced tea enough for 2 glasses.Only thing I think it needs is for the kettle to lock into place on the base. My overall opinion on this item is that it’s definitely worth the buy. 😃

My only gripe with this kettle is that it lasted only a year. Now I get a burning smell whenever I turn it on so it's no longer safe to use. While it lasted, it worked great and looks beautiful.

This thing is amazing. Not only does it boil water fast but the tea diffuser makes it so easy to brew a pot of tea. Do watch it, especially with more delicate teas because it comes to a RAPID boil quickly and you might want to turn it off before it gets to that point. To warm up the pot, simply press down on the little button and give it a minute. Highly recommend.
