your pcos will thank you
Whenever I take my tablets consistently, my period arrives on time. I realised I was using myoinositol incorrectly with the powder form before, which was a waste of effort. The pill form is much more effective in making sure I get the right dose. It's simple and will always be part of my health routine. The ingredients are straightforward, with no extras, and my PCOS symptoms are improving because of it. The pills are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any side effects. The size of the pill Isn't an issue for me.

Effective for Hormonal Acne & Insulin Sensitivity
If I could, I would give this supplement 4.5 stars! I started taking this to help with my moderate hormonal acne, after doing some research. I'd never even heard of this supplement before, but learned that it can help rebalance hormones, such as androgens which can contribute to insulin sensitivity and things like hormonal acne. I'm just about to start taking my third pack so about 2.5 months in, and can honestly say the effect of these have been really good. Alongside taking Myo Inositol, I have been using a good Cerave facial cleanser, taking Bovine Collagen for my skin daily and Vitamin D and Dandelion Root supplements. I've gone from getting bad skin break outs weekly to rarely getting them at all, maybe the odd spot here and there. But generally my skin is much clearer and healthier. This may be down to a combination of factors, not just this supplement, but I feel it has definitely been a huge help, because alongside the other changes I've made, my skin is the best it's been in about 12 months. As a postive knock on effect, since taking Myo Inositol, I've noticed it has aldo definitely supressed my appetite a bit. There is no evidence to suggest this supplement should be used as an appetite supressant, but it's definitely had that effect on me. It could be that the impact on insulin sensitivity and hormone rebalancing stops blood sugar spikes and crashes, impacting hunger hormones and reducing those hunger pangs. I definitely feel less hungry than usual. Cons - knocking half a star off for the fact the tablets are quite hard to swallow, as other reviewers have said, and because of some of the initial side effects I experienced. Definitely not a reason not to buy though. But I don't usually find pills hard to swallow and they've got stuck in my throat a few times! I don't even think it's because the tablets are that big, think it's just because they are dry & chalky. Drink plenty of water to lubricate the throat beforehand, and loads of water when swallowing and it will be much easier. I had some unpleasant initial side effects the first few weeks of taking the tablets, such as stomach pains, wind/gas, minor diarrhoea and a slightly sickly feeling in my stomach. I also felt a bit light headed/dizzy. These sound bad, but they weren't severe. I stopped taking the tablets for 3 or 4 days, and then slowly re-introduced half the recommended daily dosage, and built back up gradually. After that, everything was fine and side effects never returned. I'd advise starting with a smaller dose and building up, because it takes a while for the body to get used to the supplement because it has a fermenting effect in the stomach. Also stay hydrated, as I don't think I was drinking enough water, which wouldn't have helped. Overall, I would highly recommend this supplement to help with hormonal acne, rebalancing hormones that are out of whack & possibly as an appetite supressant due to the the impacts on insulin sensitivity. I also think they are good value for money. I think this could be an excellent supplement for 40+ women dealing with hormonal issues, including, possibly, hormonal weight gain. More research is needed, but worth a go!

Effective and tastes good
I have been taking this with food and it tastes nice. I started this to control the really horrible, painful and inflamed acne I was getting on my chin and jawline area. Within one week I see a HUGE difference. My acne has calmed down and no new spots on my chin. This is also due to diet changes and I realised that oat milk consumption was activating my acne flareup since it’s high in sugars.

Ok
The formula is the best for PCOS, and hard to find elsewhere. However, the pills are really difficult to swallow due to the shape (rather than the size). If they had smooth edges on the sides rather than flat ones they’d be better, or maybe a coating of some sort. They get stuck in my throat.

Goood
I didn’t experience any side effects while taking these tablets. They are good quality and easy to swallow, especially when taken with water. I’m happy with the product and would recommend it.

Fantastic
By day 17 I was ovulating. Every body is different but for my recent diagnosis of PCOS I am so beyond pleased. Period arrived 15 days later after 100+ days without one! Excellent tablet with medium swallowing difficulty. Better mood, skin, sleep, reduced cravings and mild wind. I weaned on which helped.

Difficult to swallow
The formulation of these is literally horrible. Theyre so hard to swallow due to chalkiness and sharp edges, my throat literally refuses to swallow them and I've had no issues in past with other pills Avoid if have similar issues
