Easy to use, just microwave for 20 seconds, check its not too hot, then place over eyes and relax for 10 minutes. I use it daily. Great product, and is hand washable.

I've had one of these eye masks for around a year now after optician recommended getting one for my blocked oil ducts. She recommended once or twice a day for 6 weeks (with intermittent massaging of my eyes whilst wearing it) and then a few times a week as maintenance. The mask worked so well that I also bought one for my sister who was having the same problems. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because the outer white cover ends up going an orangey brown, even after washing. I can only think that it's to do with the clay beads inside but I think it makes it look like it's really dirty. Maybe the manufacturer could consider changing the material of the outer to something darker rather than white?

I have dry eye issues and found this eye mask very helpful. You can heat it in a microwave (follow instructions) and it does provide relief.

Really does help your eyes feel better and rested, don't warm over 40c in microwave or it's too hot to wear over your eyes

I have used several different types of heated eye pads. I chose this one as it also had 'moisture'. But I found getting the right temperature tricky. Only a few seconds in the microwave get it hot, too much and it is too hot, not enough and it is too cold. Then it cooled off quickly. So I haven't had much luck yet.

I suffer from dry eyes and this eye mask really eases my symptoms. It's easy to warm in the microwave, ( follow instructions) and then it's 5 minutes of pure bliss
