Anna and Sarah Dried Strawberries in Resealable Bag, 1 Lb

I loved these dried strawberries. They tasted fresh and had a moist, soft, chewy consistency, but they weren't all stuck together as some have described in their reviews. Note to potential buyers: yes, they are sweetened, so if you're looking for a candy-like treat, you will probably like these too. If you're looking for a more natural, unsweetened fruit product, then these probably aren't for you.

I thought I was buying dried strawberries, these are more like a sugar coated gummy candy and the taste is like a strong strawberry candy flavoring. Then I search the bag for ingredients and discover they contain sulfur and red dye 40!?! These are not worth any amount of money, I threw the whole bag in the trash! So disappointed

G'day, About 1:00 this morning my wife woke me up. I am diabetic and had made a major insulin error and was almost to the point of low blood sugar coma. After a couple of handfuls of the only thing handy, these strawberries, my blood sugar increased enough for me to be at an acceptable level and was able to sleep. In all honesty, I may not have been here to right this review without having these strawberries handy. And I think they taste great even when I am feeling like death warmed over. Thank you

These are dried strawberries, similar to dried cranberries, and the like. So that means a lot of natural sugar is retained as well as having added sugar (yep, nearly all dried fruit has added sugar). Do NOT compare these to freeze dried. Different process, different result. Also, different price range. That being said, they are really sweet. More candy like than most dried fruit I have had. Still, I find them tasty. These are dried with added sugar. Also has citric acid, sulpher, and for whatever reason.. FD&C red 40. Product of Taiwan. Overall, they look and taste as expected. Definitely sweet. More sweet than berry tasting, yet I can tell they are strawberries. I think they are fine for noshing, for baking, and for adding into oatmeal and trail mixes. Moist, they DO Not just stick together; I can pour them out and they are loose. Maybe I would buy these again, not sure yet. WHY the food coloring though?

Had always purchased the brand Oh Nuts dried strawberries but they weren't available so tried these. It's all a matter of personal ectaste but these look like chunks of dried strawberries and don't look like the image in the ad. They must also add sweetener because they are extremely sweet and have a sugary grainy texture. Not what I was looking for so will not purchase again but others may like it which why I gave it 3 stars.

Oh my goodness, I was so excited to try these and I was pleasantly surprised when I got them. They were smaller in size, but they were such a nice snacking size/ they still retained their full strawberry shape. The taste was good and I felt like I got quite a bit in the bag so I ended up sharing and everyone I shared some with also love the "mini strawberries".

I guess it's my fault that I didn't read the ingredients. This is not naturally dried strawberries and no there ingredients .They have a ton of sugar. I find them pretty disgusting. Even as candy they are not tart just super sweet. I don't recommend them at all. I already placed them in the trash.

The taste was excellent. These are dried, not freeze dried, so they must be used within a year, and much sooner when opened. The 1 lb. is like drying 4 or 5 lbs. of fresh berries, making the product worth the money ( if you just love berries as I do).
