Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism

I like the text because it allowed me to understand the marketing strategies of hospitality and tourism industries. I used this text for a marketing class at my university. Easy to read.

Great product, look good, however some of the pages are written and marked, had to put it out there.

It came in good time. It is a big book.

I needed this book for a college course and did not want to pay for the textbook so I opted to rent with AMZN instead of Chegg. The information in the text is an extremely dry read with long chapters. One positive thing about the textbook is that the authors added a chapter review at the end for a cliff notes version of each chapter.

The book arrived in one day and was in good condition. It is non-coloured print and it did have some little bent corners due to packaging, but nothing big to complain about. Definitely recommend buying it!

The book is good.... but they have delivered used book which has tick marks.

This e textbook is impossible to follow along with since I cant use the cloud reader for this book. That should be updated immediately as I don't have a Kindle. It constantly scrolls back to the previous page very overly sensitive and its very frustrating to get through a chapter. The content is there just not easy to follow along using the KINLDE FOR PC APP!

This book doesn’t have access code included which is required to download the teachers resources (power point lectures). I am an instructor in one of the higher education institutes.

It was mentioned that the book is in 4 colour but unfortunately it’s in single colour black
