you wont find anything better than copper, to cool items this is substantial, you wont be bending those copper fins in a hurry

Fits and works great on my 2TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280 SSD. Before I didn't have a heatsink on my drive it would reach up to 55-61°C when playing games. Now it is 37-44°C while playing. Appears to be copper or has copper on it. It is much heavier than the aluminum ones that came with my mother board. Comes with a sticky thermal pad that works really well. (Just make sure you remove the plastic on both sides) Also came with clear rubber bands to help keep it attached to your NVMe if you want to feel more secure. I have a vertical set up but I am going to see if the sticky pad is enough to keep it in place. If it doesn't then I will use the bands.

I used to cool a name case. Not intended purpose but do the job.
