Gluten is found in some grains (not just wheat), so unless the ingredients list contains the name of a grain, you can be sure it is gluten free. I agree that the "gluten-free" claims on many products are a marketing ploy aimed at people who don't educate themselves on what gluten is.

Q: Does anyone have the directions for this specific product? I only have a microwave so if it'll call for heating up a lot of water, I'm out of luck.

You mix the dry product with cold water until it dissolves, then cook alone in a pan or add to other dishes. Can be cooked in the microwave but as with real eggs, they will be different. Microwave on low heat and stir. The trick is to let them completely dissolve before you cook them, otherwise they will be lumpy and grainy. Hope this helps.

I didnt use it for baked goods. But I think it would mix well. The quantity you get for the amount of money is insane so I have not purchased again. But they did taste good

I don't see why not. Just add extra water equivalent to the number of "eggs" you have added (3 Tablespoons water for 2 Tablespoons of crystals to equal 1 egg).
