Great tape done the job

I needed it urgently and ordered it... the quality is bit ok though I found a cheaper and better quality one in the store. It teats up in the middle when you cut it the finger, very sticky to cut with scissors.

Sounds a bit hyperbolic, I know, but look at the picture and bear in mind that this roof is very high up (tall building) near the Scottish Highlands. In the past I've used all sorts of tapes to stick down the tarpaulin shown (lots of unbranded as well as Duck tape, Rhino tape and even Gorilla tape). At best, they each lasted a week before needing further repair. At worst (high winds, torrential rain) they would last 2 to 3 days. This tape, in contrast, has lasted OVER A MONTH before needing reapplication! Additionally, the reapplication was relatively minor (only lifting in a few areas). Interestingly, I found that the new sections would stick to areas of tarp that were wet! Amazing. Pros: Actually waterproof! Strong adhesion Thick and durable Easy to tear Doesn't degrade due to sunlight Seems to even stick to wet surfaces! 5 pack! Cons: Seriously, NONE

Un super adhésif toilé. Se coupe facilement sans jamais faire de fils ou de mal se déchirer. Très épais. Parfaitement adhérant et très solide. Dure dans le temps sans fondre au soleil ou se décoller. Ne laisse pas de trace de colle. Que demander de mieux ?

Das Panzerband hält, was es verspricht. Die Klebkraft ist wirklich stark, sowohl auf glatten als auch leicht unebenen Oberflächen. Ideal für Reparaturen, Abdichtungen oder zum Fixieren von Kabeln und Bauteilen. Auch bei Feuchtigkeit und Temperaturschwankungen bleibt der Halt stabil. Das Gewebe ist reißfest, lässt sich aber trotzdem gut von Hand abreißen. Der Geruch ist anfangs etwas chemisch, verfliegt aber schnell. Für den Preis bekommt man eine gute Menge und solide Qualität – perfekt für Werkstatt, Auto oder Camping.

C'est vrai que c'est un adhésif costaud. Par contre j'ai l'impression que ce que j'ai reçu n'est pas du tissus renforcé. Car je ne vois aucun tissage. Et c'est lisse comme si c'était juste du gros scotch ordinaire mais pas du tissus renforcé. Il n'est pas très malléable. J'ai l'impression que l'on s'est trompé dans ma commande !! Enfin, maintenant que je l'ai je m'en servirai tant pis.

Se découpe, s'applique et colle tres bien. Utilisé en extérieur récemment et n'a pas bougé malgré les intemperies (pluie frequente et vague de froid). A confirmer sur la durée. Bon rapport qualité prix.
