I love this Ina Paarman Cajun Spice! It’s rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, adding a real kick to meats, vegetables, and stews. Considering this spice is imported the flavour was good, packaging kept everything dry. This is a really simple spice mix, but a must have on potato dishes, from potato salad, to mash, to deep fried wedges.

This makes the chicken really tasty. Whether in a microwave or oven. It smells nice while cooking, like mouth watering: really need to stick it into the raw chicken with a fork so it sinks in: lovely spice.

I love this seasoning on grilled beef steaks. Got a unique "South African" flavour, which is something different to the usual Southern States / Texan smoky BBQ flavour found everywhere. Don't get me wrong, I love American smoky BBQ, but this stuff is a flavoursome alternative.
