Stronger, better than other brands I've taken before. I will definitely purchase this brand from now on. It took a couple weeks to really notice, but once it was in my system, daily... huge difference in nail and hair growth and definitely helps my skin look better in every way on a consistent basis. Highly recommend, even over some of the other name brands. One a day works great, but I will admit, I took two whenever I enjoyed a food that I get hives from (vinegar based dressings, etc...) and after a day or two - the hives and acne, gone. Then back to one a day, faithfully. Enjoying hearing my nails on the keyboard again as I type this. Hope it helps make up your mind as to which is worth the money. I would prefer this at the 8 bucks I bought it at, now it's 12 just a couple months later... still when I have it, I will purchase. I think they'd sell a heck of a lot more at 8 bucks a bottle considering how good it is... but... anyhow. Maybe the company will see my review and listen as far as price goes. It's not a miracle supplement, but it's worth 8 bucks a bottle.

I thought this was a pretty good product. To be honest, they all probably do the same thing. I have been having significant hair shedding so I wanted to find supplements that I could take to try to reduce that and to make my hair healthier. I’ve been using multiple products, but I do think that this is helping my hair regenerate and I do notice a lot more thickness. It’s small so it is easy to swallow. My skin nails and hair feel so much better. My nails have been growing too

I take several supplements every day. Are they really doing me a lot of good? Honestly don't know. But, have been taking the same ones for many years now and wonder, if I was not taking them, would I be any worse off? I do look up each and every medication and supplement I take to see if they are safe, if they are from a reputable company, if they interfere with any medications I have to take on a daily basis. I think when you spend as much time reading as I do, you learn a lot about health, healthy habits, what is good for you and what is not good for you. My hair started to get thin, fall out, got very depressing so started taking Biotin supplements several years ago. Stopped for a while as I didn't think they were doing a whole lot of good. Trying them again, different brand, higher dose. Good luck to me??? Small gel capsule, slippery, easy to swallow with liquid.

Have used Nature’s Bounty before successfully for years and noticed positive changes in my nails especially as I am hard on my nails. I’m not one of those ladies who wear beautiful long nails. I prefer shorter no offense to those with beautiful long nails just not for me.I know I should wear gloves when working in water and cleaning around my home. But I don’t and it shows as my nails spilt and are ragged. If I fail to find or buy at my local store and try something different I am always disappointed in the results . Not a good ideal as I see the difference.But when I continue on Nature ‘s Bounty Biotin my nails to grow out so much stronger. My skin and hair even seem healthier. I have tried several brands but this product works best for me.
