Great gift!
My son loved it for his 6th birthday!! Not very sharp. The size is just not appropriate for his age, but it’s a collectible for him. Easy to use, easy assembly, safe, good grip !

Hang it on the wall.. don’t swing it.
There’s nothing really wrong with it, but the thing is way to heavy to even pretend to wield. The blade is a very heavy metal, and of course absent a cutting edge. There are wooden versions of the same thing that would have been better.. especially if you want to practice some more accurate slices, etc. This is literally for display.. not even fun to swing.

i expected more, but i’m not necessarily disappointed. it’s a great replicated katana for the price. has a striking blue trim on the blade and it is very VERY dull making it perfect cosplay or decoration
