These are 12 paper forms that you use to bake a Kulick or Pannetone. These are bigger cakes, not cupcake forms. They make clean up much easier as you just throw it away. I think this item does exactly what they say We made a panetone that was more of a Christmas type item.. We put crushed peppermint in it and it was wonderful
