This was purchased as a gift for my son for Christmas. He collects knives and swords of all different style. This one is absolutely beautiful and I know he will love it.

Weight balanced perfectly, the blade was very sharp but the handle lacked some quality. Even with the handle being “off” it still very cool and a comfortable size

Cons:-This is not Damascus. It is grooves that have been carved into the knife(They do not effect the strength of the blade-This is 440 steel (Use it like you would a kitchen knife-The scabbard has a very loose fit and will fall out if you hold it wrongPros:-Very good knife-can be used for cutting meats or foods-Will stay sharp for a good whileOverall a bit disappointing that it wasn't what I wanted but it's still a very nice knife. Weebs, do not use this as a weapon it will chip, roll, and break when struck against a hard object. I have dropped it many times now and luckily even the wood is un-harmed.
