Crenova VS100S SP12175 Heating Pressure Rice Cooker, 32

I still love my compact Crenova food sealer! I have had to use the plastic hose to blow out the line a couple of times (same as with my old name-brand sealer). Also, if there's any moisture on the bag edge before sealing, or food is frozen and bag is too small, there may be a problem with air removal. These few tips can make your experience using this machine so much better.I highly recommend this product. BTW, I have also bought bags from Amazon which are cheaper than name-brand, and they work perfect.

It worked great for a few months, But then it got to where it did not hold a seal. I would take a package out of freezer and it would have a lot of air in it. I contacted crenova last week and they told me they would send me a Amazon gift card to replace it. I have yet to receive one. They do not even answer the phone anymore. Very dissatisfied!

Worked the first 10 bags. Can't get it too complete air evacuation after. Even if i use the wet cycle. Might be operator error buuuttt?

Item worked fine for 3 yrs and thenquit...no warranty of course, guess I’m out $85 😖

After 6 months it stop sucking the air out.

Bags come in rolls. When you cut the bag you usedafter vacuuming, it is difficult to vacuum an other one.
