Epimax paraffin-free ointment is an emollient, bath additive and soap substitute for the relief of dry skin in eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin conditions. It rubs easily into the skin, leaving a protective barrier that seals water into the skin, leaving it feeling plump, soft and moist. Its main ingredient is plant derived hydrogenated Castor Oil and there are no preservatives, fragrances, paraffin's or paraffin derivatives or any ingredients derived from animals; in fact it is so gentle it can be used for adults and children of all ages, including babies.

Lovely very thick ointment.

This is castor oil-based ointment. It’s very thick so very good for irritated, reactive skin. Suggest using at night and washing off in the morning. I’m a pharmacist with experience in dermatology.
