This product has helped balance out my otherwise abnormal mood. Honestly I’m rather shocked (in a good way). It’s better than an SSRI in my opinion. I’m hooked. I take it with my evening sleep time yea and it works wonders to calm. No bad taste, will work in teas.

The powder can be easily made into a tea. Just add hot water and some honey and you will have a great drink that helps with ADHD, anxiety and stress. There are no side effects just a natural calming effect. I even use this in my dogs food that sufferes from anxiety. Passion flower also helps with blodd pressure control. I have been using this for a couple of months and have noticed that I sleep better and stress doesnt bother me nearly as much as it used to.

I'm on the fence about this powder. While I feel it is a high quality, effective product the methods of ingestion are still a work in progress. I find that adding it to an evening cup of herbal tea is the best tasting and easiest method. However I don't always have time or want a cup of tea (bathroom trips in the middle of the night :). I tried to take the powder straight on my tongue and wash it down and nearly gagged- unpleasant. It does not mix well with cold liquid (ends up clumpy and tastes bad). I like the ease of a tablet but the bulk pricing can't be beat. That being said this powder does what it says. Relaxes, reduces anxiety, and promotes peaceful sleep. I am trying something new as I usually use valerian because it acts like a muscle relaxer as well as anxiety reliever, however when taking valerian regularly I started having terrible nightmares. I also like that the Passion flower doesn't cause drowsiness for me- more of a peacefulness. I feel it is nearly as effective as my Ativan for anxiety.

I'm prone to anxiety attacks and insomnia. I've taken 0.5mg of Xanax every night for seven years. I was intrigued by the benefits of passion flower and melatonin (which doesn't work for me alone) and determinal to cut back using naural methods. This powder is fantastic! I've been adding a heaping teaspoon to 8 ounces of hot water and add a bit of liquid melatonin. I add some sweetener and drink it about an hour before bed. It's very calming and I find I can cut back on Xanax by a full half and am determined to cut it out completely in the next six weeks. The taste isn't bad and tonight I added a bit of spirulina for a really fantastic tea. I've been waking up the last week very refreshed after a full nights' sleep. So far I haven't woken up once in the middle of the night.

This extract is great; I initially bought it as a sleep aid, and it works well for that, but I discovered that it works nicely as a calming agent as well. When used at bedtime, it helps you fall asleep easily. But when used in the daytime, it has a pleasant calming effect that unlike other supplements doesn't make you drowsy. Bulksupplements' quality is top notch too. The extract smells fresh and is a uniformly fine powder. A different extract that I got from another seller on Amazon, while it had a fresh smell, had small unground chunks of material in it. Anyway, this is a great product sold by a great outfit. I bought this Passion Flower Extract from Bulksupplements and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am looking for natural alternatives to relief anxiety and stress. I did a lot of research and found that the Passion Flower Extract can help you achieve this naturally. I took the extract in tea form and to me it tastes like green tea. Very appealing taste. I will continue trying more supplements from Bulksupplements to see which ones work best for me.

I've used two other kinds that DID work quite well at stopping jitters. This did not. The first thing I noticed was that it tasted great. I like everything about it except... it doesn't work (for me). I tried writing privately to the retailer so that I didn't give them any bad marks on their account, like returning a substandard product, vut to no avail - I got what appeared to be a template letter back talking about delivery and packaging and to contact Amazon - NOTHING about what I'd written. I can't return it because I put it into a more convenient jar after I first got it so I don't have the packaging. One wouldn't think that Az would even want it back - open and unusable. I've never given a 1 star review ever. In fact, I've never given less than 4 stars. I'm considering deleting all of this and taking my licks. But I think the retailer should have been a little nicer about my private, polite request. Flavor great, packaging great, efficacy... zilch.
