Protected For Sure
The media could not be loaded. The sleeve is fairly easy to slide on and push off.The cap is one of my favorite parts.Color is cute. Cutout for the Apple brand. It’s a nice aesthetic and a nice feel and I already dropped my pencil once. No damage.Love it!It won’t charge with the sleeve on but I do have a silicone case on my iPad as well. I haven’t tried charging it without the iPad case yet. Now, it doesn’t fit in the space designed for the pencil on my Apple case. But I just went ahead and attached a loop to the outside of my case and problem solved.Due to my propensity for losing things I also attached a silicone ring and a lanyard that keeps it anchored to my iPad case.I seriously love this sleeve. The light purple color brings me joy and it’s such a comfortable grip.I ordered two others for options but this is the one I kept.Edit: 1 week of use. The cap for the tip of the pencil will not stay on. I’ve been using the pencil for drawing, coloring, and writing in my GoodNotes planner. The cap has stretched out or something, I’m not sure. It keeps slipping down and falling off. I had to tape it make it stay but it didn’t help much so I removed it. The cap kind dog slides down, twists around. It sucks because I prefer the feel of the pencil with the silicone cap on.

Cute and comfortable but a bit too thick
Cute and protects your pencil, but it is a bit too thick (about the nib size of a AAA battery). Unfortunately, it did not fit in the pencil slot on my iPad case. I also found it hard to charge with my ipad case on. It doesn't bother me too much as I won’t be using the case all the time, but if this is you, you should consider the thickness. To test: You can try placing a AAA battery into the slot on your iPad case and if its stretching the slot, the pencil case will be even thicker. As for the ipad case, I bought the CHESONA iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2022 on Amazon, so if you have this case you will most likely experience this as well. Overall, it is cute and would definitely prevent scratches!

cute
Love the color matches the description exactly. It makes holding the pencil easier. Just don’t like that the tip cover comes off so easy but other than that it’s a good and cute product for your Apple Pencil

I Can Find You!!!
When I purchased my iPencil (2nd Gen) several years ago I bought a white case/sleeve. It matched the color of the iPencil…it was lovely. I have since learned that I spend more time searching for my misplaced WHITE iPencil even though I have a good holder attached to my iPad which I often forget to use…! Sooooo I decided to reduce frustration that I needed a more “NOTICEABLE” easier to find color for my iPencil sleeve…so I bought a RED one this time. While I was perfectly happy with the white sleeve…this Red Sleeve is very much more easier & swifter to locate….

Wouldn’t fit in storage case
It says that it can charge thru the plastic which it can but you cannot fit it in any of the iPad cases for safe storage and charging it is to thick to fit in the charging slot on most iPad cases. But the product was still good only had that issue.

Works with folio case!
Leaving this detailed review on the combination that worked for me, since I kept looking for similar info but couldn’t find it elsewhere. Hopefully this helps you -I have the auaua folio case for ipad5, have an Apple Pencil 2. Really needed a pencil sleeve since I tend to drop pens. Got this sleeve and was able to get the pencil on easily. The protective cap is a nice touch - I was able to continue to write with the cap on too.The auaua folio case is not rigid - like a flexible plastic material so has some give. Still, fitting the sleeved pencil (no cap on) into the folio case was a little less easy - really have to shove / push it in so it charges, but it does fit and it does charge. However if you really want your folio to close flushed to the edge, then this combo may not be for you since there’s a gap. But the cover’s sleep/wake up function still works. Also want to note that I have to leave the cap off in order for it to fit - but I don’t care as much since I use those small nib caps (I have the transparent ones) - I have the nib cap on in the picture and it does fit.

It’s a cover.
Like the title says, it’s a cover, it does it’s intended purpose. I bought the navy blue color because it matches my case. I can see how it can be “too thick” for it to fit inside certain cases to charge the pen, but it’s not as if the pen was getting crushed like other reviews make it seem. It’s just more snug. In regards to it being “too thick” to charge the pen, I found that you just have to find the center point in order for it to charge since there’s an added layer of protection now. At least that’s my circumstance with how my tablet case stores the pen. Also in regards to the case “sliding off” it’s only noticeable when you put the tip part of the case back on. Even then it’s only a centimeter gap. It’s not completely sliding off and flapping around the top of the pen like other reviews make it seem. Speaking of the tip, you can’t use the pen with the tip part of the case on. It makes it hard to slide the pen across the screen. It is possible, you just have to use more force, which I don’t recommend. Other than those little “issues” it’s a good product for the price. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I don't know what a 5 star case is? I guess a 5 star case wouldn’t have these issues but to make a pen cover that’ll work with EVERY tablet case out there seems a bit far fetched. I feel that Apple doesn’t produce their own pen covers because of this same issue. Obviously they can make pen covers that’ll work perfect with the smortfolio and magic keyboard case but not everyone uses their Apple brand tablet covers. So it’ll be the same issue with buying an Apple pen cover, but it not working “perfectly” because of the non Apple tablet case. Anyways, that’s my take. Buy it, don’t buy it. I only wrote this because I had time to kill while on the can.

Comfortable and protective
There isnt much to say since it is really just a silicone case for your apple pencil. But I love it because i tend to drop things and this helps a lot- I did end up losing the tip part of it easily especially since I got the black version so just be careful with that I would say.Otherwise it works well and its really comfortable to draw with in my opinion

Fits but
The sleeve fits nicely on the pencil, it is thin enough for the double tap function, but it will make your pencil too big to fit in a pencil slot in a case or be used with a protective mag flap
