Like all sugar free items it's a bit expensive , but delicious for occasional treat

I don’t eat a lot of chocolate but bought myself these nice chocolate not too sweet and they are a nice flavour they are good value and just a couple squares at a time is enough would recommend to anyone who doesn’t like chocolate too sweet.

I’m diabetic and found it hard to give up chocolate . But these bars allow me to still eat and enjoy chocolate again with out forcing my glucose readings up I highly recommend these to any chocoholic who’s been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes even my non diabetic daughter tried it and couldn’t believe how nice it was

When you're looking for sugar free (or very low sugar) chocolate, you're unfortunately very limited in what you can find, either on the high street or online. I'm never sure why this is when sugar free drinks have become more of a standard purchase than the originals, and I feel that chocolate and other sweet offerings are sadly lagging behind in this department. What you can get is often so much more expensive than regular chocolate, particularly for the size, which is a shame when you're trying to cut down on the sugar content whilst still satisfying your sweet tooth. This Diablo chocolate is no exception to this, sadly. Each bar is just a 75g, so smaller than the big brand standard offerings for 'larger' sized bars, and they're also very thin, yet if you want to purchase a single bar of this stuff it's currently around £5 for one! Frankly, that's incomprehensible to me! Yes, if you buy multiples you can get the price down, as with other things in life, but encouraging you to eat more chocolate isn't exactly helping with the whole aiming to be a bit healthier option. I went with a 3 pack when ordering and it brought the price down to closer to £2.66 per bar, which is certainly more reasonable, but again, not in comparison to regular chocolate for a similar size. The chocolate itself is actually okay for both taste and texture and it's some of the nicer alternative to sugar chocolate I've tried to be honest. It isn't as creamy and it's slightly over sweet (thanks to the sweetners used), but if you're expecting this as you don't want to eat regular chocolate, then I don't think you'd be disappointed with this one. I'd be happy to eat this again, but I'd wait until I could find some on offer that would make it more worthwhile for me to purchase. In the meantime, I'll keep hoping that the overall price of sugar free sweets and chocolate will be reduced and more readily available, just like with sugar free drinks.

Chocolate had not been stored properly and had bloomed. Tasted ok but disappointing condition comsidering the premium price.

Really like this sugar free chocolate! Better than a lot I’ve tried. Bar size is ok but could be larger for value for money.

These are excellent for diabetic treat making, they melt brilliantly and gives a smooth chocolate which enrobes whatever needs covering really well. Do not expect it to taste sweet as it really doesn’t but I have added powdered xylitol to the melted chocolate very successfully.

The only question is “is this heaven, or is this a chocolate bar” I have four stars only because of the price Edit: I changed the rating to 5 stars after tasting the competition. I have had Lily’s in the past for a “no sugar added” chocolate, and I find them pretty good for about 4.99 CAD per bar. But, right now Lily’s is sold out so I tried Valour chocolate truffle which is about 3.79 CAD maybe. It wasn’t that good, so I asked myself the question “is this white chocolate diablo bar twice as good as the the Valour” and the answer was an obvious yes. I would take one of these over 4 Valour chocolate truffle bars any day.
