I have an apron belly after 2 C-sections will these help lift and hide it?

I also have had csections and while I think these panties do help with concealing my tummy I don’t think these actually lift my tummy. Still very comfortable!

I have jeans that are high waist and mid rise waist. I weigh 214 I have a big butt with hips. Will the panties show in the back of my mid rise jeans?

Yes they will show with the mid rise but not high waisted jeans.
