I have small feet and it’s hard to find insoles in my size. These fitted perfectly and have helped with my plantar fasciitis. The pain is easing. So far so good.

I bought these for my son as he was complaining that his feet hurt. He has quite flat feet so I ordered these to help. They arrived on time and are really good quality and hard wearing, they are in his school shoes. Most importantly, they were comfortable to use (I was worried they might bother him but they don’t and he loves them) and now his feet don’t ache any more. I ordered a size 5.5 and he is a 5 and they fit perfectly without any need to trim them. I would definitely purchase these again.

These insoles made a noticeable difference for my child’s comfort right away. These are neat and comfortable. I would say they give a medium support. I ordered size 11-13jr for a child with size 12 feet. They are slim fitting in comparison to others I have so leave a slight gap between the support and the shoe. They are also a tad small for a size 12 shoe. I will use them but if ordering again I will definitely go for the next size up and trim down to size.

These insoles are really good. Although they are kids ones, I bought them for an adult who has small size feet. Very helpful to her walking and reduced her pain, thankyou
