Q: Why is there no option to pick a size?

When I bought them you could pick a size

Q: What dies "built up" mean? Are these padded?

No padding....lol I have no clue what built up means, but I sleep in these! Love them!

Q: I measure 33" under the breast and D cup. What size will fit best?

I am approximately the same size. I ordered the XL and found it uncomfortably small. Also I wanted more cup coverage; even if I sized up to XXL these bras wouldn't work for me.

Q: I’m a 34e should I go up to 36 or is the 34 super stretchy ?

It is not that stretchy. I would go up to 36. It is a bra that is snug and feels good because of the cotton. I really like that snug feel.
