As a woman of a certain age, I am most interested in slowing down the brown spots that tend to accumulate on the tops of the hands. I have tried several creams and serums, but I am finding that this cream seems to be doing what I want. I've noticed a lightening of my skin tone and the few spots I have seem to be blending in with the rest of my skin. I also use it on my arms. I've not given it the full 6-8 weeks as suggested by the company - just 3 but I'm beginning to see some changes in my arms as well. The dark spots are beginning to blend in. It's a lovely cream that has no odor or sticky, greasy feel. It goes on silky and the softness lasts for quite a long time. You really can't go wrong with this cream and for the price, it is well worth it.
