a+ book, legit problems and explanations, but it makes me want to murder myself. I hate chemistry. This book made me hate chemistry. I hope I never see it again.

Very helpful book and it comes with master chemistry!

This is one of the worst textbooks I've ever used. The example problems they write in the chapter only cover about 10% of the questions they have at the end of each chapter. How am I supposed to learn something if I don't have an example to go off? They want you to buy the solutions manual for another $80 after you spent $350 on the textbook already plus you pay for the mastering chemistry access code. Such bulls***. Very disappointed with Pearson, they seem to only want money and not care about what is best for students.

Given the book is more than 2 inch thick, loose leaf version makes it convenient to break into smaller stacks and study one section at a time.

The customer service is great! I bought a book and it did not come as I expected so they gave me the option to return it and refunded me.
