Matched the original stones perfectly, Very Nice! Was worried about the gas going through if we covered the gas tubing but it comes through and it much prettier with more stone. Plus, these don't hold water like the pumice type so they don't blow out of the pit.

We mixed it with lava rocks and it looks good. The glass does pop, some! Rarely a problem but once a pice to glass popped, landed on the outdoor rug and melted the rug slightly. Mostly the popping is rare and small. I assume it’s because it’s new? I’d buy it again. I mean it’s fire!

All was good. Make sure u select the fire pit version. I got the blue and black. I had to replace the fire ring and replaced some of the lava rock with this. Yes some of the blue rocks turned slightly by he color but it’s because I have the fire ring has holes pointing down into the lava rock... but almost not noticeable. Love the product. Photos are on low gas settings.. I have this attached to my house has .. not a propane tank.

Nice looks, easy to install

I am very happy with the quality of the glass. I bought it for my fire pit table and I felt like one bag would be enough turns out it was since I kept the lava rock that came with the table as well. I went with the black glass since other reviewer’s commented that their glass turned a shade of black and I figured that this color went well with my table. I haven’t had much time to see how well they hold up, but so far it’s good. I did rinse the glass before I put it in the bowl. I would recommend doing this as there was a good bit of glass dust.

I like the black fire pit glass because they look like anthracite coal. They arrived a bit dusty and should be cleaned for a better look before adding them to your fire pit. These larger pieces are nice because they won't clog up the gas burner holes. The glass sizes are consistent. The burn is even across the pit.

Much nicer than the sparse lava rock my patio heater came with. The black is a deep amethyst & looks excellent. I needed two 10# bags to fill it properly. HINT: dump bag into a colander first to get rid of the messy small powder and rinse to clean the glass before drying and putting in your heater.
