Well made, and it's a hit at the tavern.

We have been using this in our library for a year and a half now. The kids are absolutely in love with this machine. It is easy to stock and functions well. It is well lit and doesn't take much time to turn on. The machine comes with lots of options and adjustments you can make to the claw. We liked the fact we could turn the sound off for our facility, as well as adding free plays since this is an incentive for our kids to behave well. The item shipped all the way from Taiwan and was extremely well packaged. The company was very nice and sent an email checking on everything soon after. Overall, I highly recommend this product and company.

An amazing claw machine. Have used it for my business for over a year now. Easy to set up, comes with an error code manual and the seller was super helpful in helping me with any questions I had. It is heavy, about 50 pounds.

It is just like I was hoping a mini claw machine works just like the real thing. Only downside was it went on sale after I bought it.

I bought one and it doesn't work. Support is terrible. I've been at this for one year. Impossible to buy parts from them.

I wanted this before Christmas and they had great communication and was able to get it to me. Worth the price and packaged impeccably considering it came from so far. Very very happy with my purchase!

So glad I bought this for the kids and when our friends come over for a visit. Well built and smooth play. My children spend hours trying to win the prizes I have added inside. The unit has been adjusted to accept Canadian Quarters and works just fine. My only gripe about the delivery was the high shipping costs did not include the duty needed to be paid extra on delivery. Would be nice to have duties included in the price so you can see the real price you are paying

I got this claw for work and wrapped it in a vinyl sticker; I've carted it all over Ontario. And I love it! It's only had one issue, and with minimal back and forth they shipped me replacement parts and a video on how to replace it! Really dig this machine and company's service!

This claw machine is awesome. I've always wanted a claw machine. This machine accept real coins and there are multiple setting you could set. Strength of the claw, how long before it drops and more more. Double tap to close claw option. Customers service was really good and quick to reply all my questions. Wish the claw was a little bigger, stuffy between 7cm to 9cm works best.

-It takes 98% (Most) of my Canadian quarters but will reject the rusty/old quarters -50% ($34) of my loonie (dollar coins) and will reject the other half - 25% (a few) of some toonie (2 dollar coin) So now I only use (8 quarters) per play INSTRUCTIONS! Tip 1 [Coin Acceptor behind the door] There is an electronic coin acceptor where there is a green dummy coin which you have to pull a spring mechanism to remove the coin then insert your quarter so it can record the new quarter which will read every other quarter Tip 2 [How to set up Claw Strength] I uploaded pictures to see where the button is you must open the machine press a little black circle button on the top right side then hit crane setting then hit the claw strong strength to 99% Middle grab 99% Weak grab 99% Then you will have a better chance at winning keeping in mind the items grabbed need to be light or formed in a way there’s an under grove to be grabbed Tip 3 [Rubber Claw mitton] You can buy the non slip silicone/rubber claw mittons on aliexpress for couple dollars that way the claw will have a strong grip on the prize item and have a lesser chance of slipping out Tip 4 Optional [Adujust up to 10 quarters] since I charge $2 I adjusted it to take 8 quarters but it will reject rusty quarters Tip 5 [Make more space] you can make more layers of space by cutting out the styrofoam to add more items just like how I have two bags of chips Tip 6 [Make an outside switch] For easier switch on/off button I bought an extension cord with a red light button to turn on/off less hassle of opening the control box to shut off Tip 7 [button For free play testing] There’s a green square button in the far top left for free play the more times you press it the more free play it gives which I mainly use it for testing Optional For the coins it takes you can retain them and mark a sticker on them as tokens for your friends to play for the coins it will reject you can just get rid of them by buying regular purchases It’s a cool machine as I will charge my friends 2 dollars I’d give it 3/5 only because it didn’t accept ALL my Loonie or Toonie, there is no outside switch button, lack of music options but I think me and buddies are going to have fun
