Portable Floor TV Stand

I recently ordered 2 MOUNT-IT TV floor stands from Amazon. The packages delivered, seemed to be returned items with both packages missing several nuts and bolts. I reached out to the seller, and they went above and beyond to address the issue. Not only did they promptly respond to my question, they also shipped me 2 brand floor stands from their warehouse, which was a pleasant surprise and truly appreciated. The replacement TV mount is very sturdy and well-made, exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, and my TV feels secure on it. The customer service I received was outstanding; the seller was gracious, responsive, and quick to resolve the issue. I highly recommend the seller for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one!

Because of a great Black Friday deal, my boys talked me into upgrading the family room TV to a 55 inch then moving the 42 inch into my bedroom. I didn’t want to mount it and didn’t want to give up dresser space so we decided to try this and place it at the foot of my bed. I have to admit I wasn’t crazy about putting a TV in my bedroom but I am coming around. This stand is far more sturdy than we anticipated, even with the largest set it will accommodate. The footprint is negligible as I was able to keep the quilt rack in place which goes over what isn’t hidden under the bed (I hope that made sense). Definitely a stellar purchase. Assembly was extremely easy. My son says the instructions were very clear, extra hardware was included to support different configurations as well as tools needed for assembly. My boys were far more excited about this than I was initially but this stand has definitely won me over.

Happy with stand...easy to assemble, particularly if you're used to current picture-only instructions??? (What's up with that anyway...new trend? ) Worried that the stand would be flimsy, but holds 40" TV pretty well and stand stays in place and I have cats that love to climb...so no worries so far...if that changes in future, will update. Otherwise, very happy with purchase. Would have given 5 stars but for the instructions with no words.

I have had this in my house for a year and a half. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy and stable, and yet easily relocated when I want to move it. One minor complaint is that it isn't easy to adjust the height with the television mounted in place because you have to remove two bolts that are stuck through the support shaft. With the TV in place, the part you are attempting to adjust is pretty heavy. This is easy with two people but a challenge for one. Other than adjusting the height (which I've only had to do once) I think this stand is very nicely designed.

I added shim stock to the juncture of the central cross piece and the side support rails to prevent (fore to aft) 'rocking' of the center support tube assembly. After the screws were tightened, there was no looseness. The stand is solid and stable. That being said, the device is well made and of good value.

There are no written instructions - just a series of very small pictures with no explanation of which of the huge myriad of screws goes anywhere. None of the pieces are labeled - there is no way of knowing which screw to use in which place. From what I was able to assemble before giving up, it is also very flimsy and I could tell actually attaching a TV to this thing would cause it to plummet to the floor. Do not buy this useless waste of money.

Aside from the fact that this supposedly universal mount does not fit my TV, it's not bad. I have a brand new 32" TCL Roku TV that I bought to put up in our spare room downstairs with the elliptical machine so I can watch stuff while I exercise. We're renting this house and I didn't want to go to the expense and trouble of mounting it to the wall or ceiling. Plus, we may move the elliptical to another location at some point and I want to be able to move the TV too. I thought this would be a good solution. The description states: "UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY. This tall mobile TV stand fits 13 15 19 24 27 32 34 37 40 42 inch monitors, displays, and TVs up to VESA 200x200 (mm)" So I had every reason to believe that it would work with my 32" Roku TV. Unfortunately after it arrived and I built it and went to attach my TV I realized that it is not compatible with a VESA hole pattern of 150x200mm (which is what the Roku TV has). I was SUPER disappointed since the description says it is universal for VESA mounts up to 200x200. Boo! That being said, it was already all assembled and I didn't feel like taking it apart to send it back, so I was able to get the screws to line up with at least 3 holes which I figured would be secure enough (even though it's a little crooked). Also, it's not as tall as I needed it to be (but I knew this before I ordered it) so I had to put it up on a small but sturdy end table (see pics - don't mind the fact that my son recently drew all over the wall with a sharpie) to be tall enough for me to see while on the elliptical. Now that it's all set up it works well enough for my needs and looks fine. While I was disappointed by the lack of "universality" I will say that if I had a 200x200 VESA mount TV, I would probably have given this at least 4 stars, maybe 5, because for the price, what you get is a pretty good and useful set up! Just be sure to check your TV's VESA specs BEFORE you buy this! And yes I paid full price.
