This product is amazing. But I was in a hurry and accidently ordered the 2.25 oz. container. For $1 more, there was a 6 oz. container that I actually thought I was ordering. So make sure and check your sizes and don't make the same mistake I did. A vet tech/trainer recommended I give this to our 9 yr old pitbull, who seems to be allergic to everything! She constantly has yeast skin infections and was scratching herself raw. She literally had patches where she was bleeding and her hair was gone! Her skin was red and rashy and she smelled horrible. She didn't sleep at all because she would literally scratch herself 24/7. That with her constant ear infections, the poor thing was absolutely miserable! She would scratch and groan and then just look at us, as if to say, "please help me!" We thought she had mange and we were trying the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar solutions to no avail. Even after several trips to the vet, we could not find relief for her. A vet tech/trainer that was at my house one day, took one look at her and said to completely stop giving her table scraps and treats and put her on a strict diet of "grain-free" all natural dog food and give her this Symbiotics Colostrum Plus Powder. I didn't even know what it was. She explained that it builds their immune system back up so the mites and yeast don't infect them. After reading scarey reviews of Science Diet dog food, we decided to try the "Blue Wilderness" salmon brand (I guess a lot of dogs are allergic to chicken) dry dog food. We sprinkle a teaspoon of the Colostrum powder a day on her dry food and even add some to her water. We bought some anti-fungle/anti-bacterial shampoo and bathed her twice a week as well. All I can say is WOW!!! After two years of trying to find something to help her - FINALLY! Something that worked! Within one week, she stopped scratching, she was sleeping through the night and all her hair started to come back! She's so happy - her entire demeanor has changed! We have our happy girl back! After reading all the reviews about this stuff, I'm actually going to start taking it myself as everyone raves about it's healing properties! All I know is that, we tried for two years to find something that would help heal our poor baby and this is the only thing that actually worked! She hasn't even had an ear infection since we've been giving her the Colostrum Powder - which is amazing in and of itself, because she constantly had an ear infection. I wish we would have found out about this stuff two years ago. It would have saved us several trips to the vet and several hundred dollars in antibiotics, ear washes and medicines! THIS IS AMAZING STUFF! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

This is the second time to purchase this product, this time from a different seller. I got this in 3 days! I do feel colostrum has benefits, I noticed it in my performance in the gym. I could barely do the elliptical machine for 5 minutes due to muscle burn, now I can do a mile to 3 miles on it with little huffing and puffing. It does appear I'm gaining more muscle tone at a faster rate. I'm 64 yrs. old and my muscle tone was like jello. Another benefit I found is, I haven't been sick for over 2 months, to me its a benefit because, in the months of Oct., Nov, and Dec, I have always had a cold or upper respiratory infection, so far, none this year. Another benefit, I think must be from taking colostrum, after I shower, I have a lot of hair around the drain, enough that if I don't collect it, the drain plugs. In the last month, there is barely any hair around the drain. I'm hoping it's from taking the colostrum. I have been using this for about a month and a half and I eat it off a spoon, about 3 scoops 2 times a day, sometimes, in between, I just drop a scoop full in my mouth. I like the taste, kind of like a melted butter cookie. I also had a bad wind burn on my face and put the colostrum mixed with very little water on my face and the red burn went away the same day. I will keep waiting for other benefits to show up. It may work deep in the body and more benefits may take longer to show up. I also feel its better to take the powder by mouth, since the mouth has a lot of receptors, so it gets absorbed into the body faster. I will continue to use this product! This seller was prompt and I'm very satisfied.

I have taken colostrum powder for years. It works very for my allergies.

I've only been using this product for a week and a half (oh how shocked I felt when I looked at the calendar and realized that! You'll read why...) But I felt it necessary to leave a review. I received this product on the 13th of January, a Wednesday. I took the normal dose (1 scoop) on an empty stomach a few hours before bed. Almost immediately I felt a boost of energy. In fact, it felt like I had just drank an energy drink and for the rest of the night I felt a little jittery. I followed the dosage, and by Friday I had some diarrhea (as expected, from what I read about colostrum) and I began feeling like I was being hit by the flu. Now - instead of lessening the dosage like I see many do, it made sense for me to *increase* the dosage so I could give my body more of what it needed to fight off any bugs or release toxins. I increased the dosage Saturday morning and within an hour felt fine. What could have been a weekend of feeling like I had the flu was eliminated in one hour. Great! So after that day, I've kept the increased dosage. Let me tell you a little about me: 4 years ago, I was very healthy. Bright pink tongue, no major health issues. I would get random stomach aches (terrible pain) as a kid that doctors weren't able to figure out but as a teen they just miraculously disappeared one day and never came back. Well, after an infected area in my mouth after getting wisdom teeth removed, taking rounds of antibiotics and being given pain meds with the dosage that's great for a grown man - I was told this by a different doctor who looked at the prescription I was given- (I'm a very petite, thin woman), I became plagued with candida. I've had a terrible systemic candida issue for years. I've tried absolutely everything. And ultimately gave up on everything - I eat what I want to and exercise when I want and put up with it. Now, after that weekend, I began feeling the head fog associated with candida clearing. I was getting sounder sleep, and waking up was a breeze. I believe this product helped move away the depression I was feeling. I feel great, my emotions are level, and I have absolutely no brain fog. I need to start eating better, but this makes for a good review because I did not change my decidedly crappy diet (that I recently took on) as I began taking this and yet I'm having such great experiences. I now can wake up at 5 am, still feel refreshed and go on happily about my day. This is what a healing body feels like, hm nice! Now for my dosage: I am taking a high dosage at the minimum 2 tablespoons (4 of the scoops) for the rest of the month. I figure a high dose for a shorter amount of time rather than microdoses for longer will help me with my issues. So far, I've been correct! Hey, if you are considering this product be sure to ask your doctor first if you are taking any kind of medication or vitamin. I have read that colostrum increases your ability to absorb the nutrients/medication and could cause your body to absorb way more of your medication.. Making for a dangerous situation. I am not taking anything else - not a vitamin - not medication. Just this and food and water. I will update my review after a month's time. 2/3/16 Update So not long after I wrote that review I began having a difficult time going to sleep at night. My mind was racing and I had too much energy. I backed off the dose completely, figuring my body had enough reserves. Right now I'm only taking this every couple of days when my body no longer feels the affects. I'm also taking the recommended dose now. I think I'm going to start exercising, and for a week straight drop the dosages and eat well. Then see where I'm at and if I want to continue dosing myself. My brain fog is still gone. The thrush on my tongue is back however the symptoms of candida have not been prevalent. I still have energy and haven't fallen sick, my body feels good and it feels healthy. I'm getting to bed early and waking up early and still have lasting energy throughout the day. This product still has been very beneficial for me.

Grainy consistency and cheaper taste than my usual one but cheaper for the amount received. You get what you pay for!
