Don't buy ...Within 30mins the straightnin effect gone. On the other hand Philips servicing people are very much irresponsible. You keep on calling them ,and after lot of efforts the result is Zero.Waste of money.

I received a non-functional hair straightener; the device does not power on at all. Despite this clear defect, Amazon has refused to provide any assistance. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
