It might be unusual to give 5 stars for a product that was broken on arrival, but it's important to acknowledge that HTYTECH responded promptly to chat conversations and after seeing a picture of the broken screen, they issued a refund. I did not have to ship it back to them (why would they want a broken product anyway?) so based on photo evidence, they were good about refunding. I want to share my customer experience because they treated me well, and this is an important factor in deciding whether to use any supplier.
