I bought the 18mm Canvas Quick Release Watch Strap because my watch's leather band started falling apart, and I’m so glad I did! I bought this to replace the leather band on my Citizen watch. What surprised me is how nice this band is. I have been using it for quite some time now and it looks just as nice as day one. It is sturdy and very well constructed. I has just the right firmness to conform nicely to the wrist but not be sloppy. This is not a cheap band. This is a really high quality band. The materials used in it are fantastic. I will only buy these going forward. I have a 7.5" wrist and it has 2 holes left. Which means the end of the band fits really nicely in the band keepers with no band sticking out. Should your wrist be bigger, this may not be a good choice for you. I could not be more pleased, regardless of price.

out of the envelope the band was exactly what i was looking for. Installation was easy and it looks great on my Citizen Eco-Drive watch. The band is a little stiff at first but working it a little loosens it up and gives it some form. The eyelets are reinforced, which was a must have for my bands. The pins go in easily and it fits perfectly. The only draw back is that to register the band I put in my order number but the system doesn't recognize the order number. Not a big deal because I feel this band should last well beyond it's 1yr warranty period. **Update** June 8, 2022 So I bought another exact replacement to this one, same color and sticking a couple days ago because over the past several months the color has severely faded. The band is now a reddish brown color. That is the only quarrel I have. The band doesn’t look bad it’s just not black anymore. Fit form and function are still as they were when I bought it, just not as stiff as brand new but that’s expected. I also bought a Barton band and will wear that one till if feel the color has given up and put on the replacement Ritchie band. To the band’s creator I have worn the band comfortably since 10/2021 when I received it. Wear to work, in the yard, on the bike, sweated on it, hiked with it haven’t been easy on it. Ya it’s gunna fade. Wasn’t expecting the fade to happen so quick but it seems like it’s a dyed canvas. Original Citizen band was green canvas so it never faded after almost 10 years of wear. Those got nasty because of the leather backing. For less than $20 I’d say this is a good replacement band. Only knocked it down a star to 4 because it faded noticeably after 6 months. Don’t remember exactly because it still did it’s job. Oh and the color never bled on me or died my skin. That was something I was concerned about with the dyed canvas. Great watch band.

My Garmin Venu 2 is a smart watch I really like. However, the silicon band would often irritate my skin, especially in warm or high-humidity weather. I replaced it with a metal band, it soon began to fall apart. I really wanted a more natural material, which brought me to either canvas or leather. Combining either canvas or leather with a smartwatch can be tricky, as the appearance can become trashy quickly. My first leather band was a big fail. I still own it but wish I didn't. This time I spent way too much time browsing and looking at canvas options. I was very uncertain when I ordered this one. Now that I've been wearing it for more than a week, I can tell you that I'm thrilled. First, this band it tough. You can visually see the high-quality stitching. And the cloth actually feels nice. It isn't rough, or fraying. It is a nice, double-layered, stout canvas. The quick attachment to my watch was super easy. I put it on upside down the first time...as you do. But realized it, made the switch, no issues. The band is stable, I don't see any strange gaps, it hasn't slipped, it working perfectly. And the gray/blue color matches my gray watcher perfectly. In my free time, I coach football and lacrosse. Clearly that level of activity level can be rough on a watch and band. I have no concerns with this one. The watch is held firmly in place and the fabric won't have any issues. The only thing I am uncertain about is cleaning the band. I'm sure that will be a task in the summer months. But given the other high-quality signs, I'm not overly concerned. If you're looking for a band that fits your needs like I was, this one gets two thumbs up from me...and I might need to order some other colors in the future.

Cool design but not for heavier watches. I purchased three different colors for three different watches...and while the two lighter watches are fine, the band on the heavier watch comes loose from time to time and send the watch flying. I believe a stronger bar mechanism may be needed for heavier watches.

This is a quality watchband, very nice. Not stiff, no break in period required, bravo.

I replaced the silicone strap that came with my Orient Kamasu dive watch with the all black version of this canvas strap and really like the way it turned out. I personally think it’s makes the watch much more accessible for daily wear. As other reviewers have said, the strap is a little stiff but it is still comfortable on my wrist.
