Bought 2 of these and the price was great. Very comfortable and sturdy, it looks great and the quality is also great.

We bought these for our kitchen. They are just the right height. The metal bottom makes these barstools so sturdy. The cushion on the stool is soft, comfortable, with nice leather like material which feels like great quality. I think these will last a long time too. I hit the rating stars wrong and couldn’t change it. The barstools are all fives stars!! I would highly recommend these!!

I like this chair, however I have just two complaints - The rungs and the back support. My kid (age 6) has a problem climbing up because one rung is too low, and the other is too high. There needs to be one in the middle. My husband complains that the back rest is set low which doesn't give the greatest support. We like higher backs on our chairs. Good points are this chair is very sturdy, super easy to assemble. Takes 5 minutes to install the seat (with a drill) using the included 4 screws (use a drill because there are no holes pre-drilled for you). Packaged very well. So well in fact that this is the longest part of the assembly - just getting all that off! But hey, no scratches, so thanks for all that wrapping! This should hold up for years to come. I'm happy it is metal and the seat is very comfortable. All 4 of my floor protectors were intact and not damaged. They are white, which is odd on a black chair, so they stand out if. If that bothers you, search for others on here. This chair with the cushion sits pretty high, so make sure to measure if your counters sits low. Some adults can't put their legs directly under the counter when sitting on this. I ordered just one chair to test out which is nice that you can do this since most chairs come in a set of 2.

I got these for a bar-height pub table that I got. I was concerned about matching metal stools with a wood table but I think they pair just fine. I' not a stickler though. My main concern was sturdiness and these stools will fit the bill nicely. It's all welded metal. I will never have to re-tighten screws. With the quality welds on these chairs they will be nice and solid forever. Only a few minor concerns, but at this price point they are not enough to deduct a star. The plastic floor protectors at the bottom of the legs are cheap and seem designed to fail. A few were already broken on arrival so Amazon gave me $10 to buy some new ones which I did. They wanted to replace an entire stool (overkill). Search "uxcell 30mm square" and you will find the right ones. They don't have white ones but they are MUCH better end caps. Also, it would have been nice to have t-nuts in the seat cushions to secure them to the chair. I'll do that when it's time to re-upholster. Lastly, the back-rests are not super comfortable. Get some pillows if that's an issue. Love these sturdy stools! Buy some.

I needed a set of four bar-height chairs for a pub table I built, and these fit the bill perfectly! Each chair comes completely wrapped in plastic/foam and the only assembly required is to attach the seat cushion with the four provided screws, very easy. The chair frames are welded together, very strong and they look great. Each leg has a rounded nylon/plastic foot that protects your floors and makes moving the chair easier. I would highly recommend these bar chairs, I've been looking for awhile now, and I think you would be hard pressed to find a better chair for the price.

I'm pretty shocked by what came in the mail. Two chair frames with two seats. The frames took ten minutes to unwrap but one of them had a serious gouge in the metal underneath the wrapping anyway. Then another five minutes sifting through all the packaging to see where the instructions and bolts were for attaching the seat to the frame. No bolts, no screws, no pre-drilled holes, no instructions. Wow. This is the first time in my life that I have received furniture that I had to finish actually making with my own tools and hardware. But it gets better. I place both frames on a flat even floor, and one of them rocks unevenly 1/4" caddy corner, and the other one rocks 1/2" caddy corner. I guess I need to shape the metal in addition to drilling holes and supplying my own screws. This is the problem, of course, with ordering larger, heavy items from Amazon. Sure, you can send this stuff back, but it's not like a small item that you can throw in your front seat on your way to work. I consider this a learning experience and hopefully you do as well. Time to go to the hardware store to get the right bolts for the seats and a rubber hammer to knock the frames back into shape. See ya!

Quality built piece of furniture. Arrives in a massive box in 2 pieces, with the only assembly being screwing in the hardwood base to the pre-welded frame. The welded frame is wrapped up like a mummy, with padded foam paper completely ensconcing it. One area that made me pause before ordering (the hardwood Mahogany version) was the exact seat height. The 42 1/4" height deals with the total height from floor to top of the chair back. In reality, the seat is just at 29" off the floor. I would guess the padded seat options available would add ~1" to the seat height. You can Google around for yourself to see the recommended seat height for your counter space, but generally 10-12" clearance from your counter height is what you're looking for. For my counter top, I was hoping this would be ~1" taller, but it still works great and looks great. The plastic footings on the base of the frame are not adjustable at all, so the height you get is the height you're dealing with. I already love the feel and look of the 2 seats I ordered. The hardwood base will stand the test of time, and both the seat base and the frame can always be painted/stained later, providing many more years of use. Compared to the other options out there, paying ~$58/apiece for this sort of quality is an absolute steal. Would absolutely recommend.
