I love this waxing kit. It has everything I need to get started and its very easy to use. The wax it comes with works really well and not at all painful to me. The wax heater worked really well, I was impressed! Although the only downfalls I have with it are that I did have to use the heater around 180F-190F to keep the wax heated enough for a consistent thickness for constant use and for easy spreading but wasn't hot enough to burn me so that was nice. The other downfall I had was that when I'm trying to stir the beads around for a better melt, the whole removable insert spins which is annoying and causes me to have to hold the warm to hot insert. Other than these issues it worked very well, and I'm quite happy with my purchase! Highly recommended for hard waxing beginners like myself!

So I really enjoyed how this product first worked and then within 10 minutes of using it, the heater would shut off. I had to play around with the switch to get it to turn on again but ultimately it didn't work so I returned it. I don't recommend because of it. However I really liked the concept and how the wax peeled off

the pot and heating platform are definitely sufficient but the wax that it came with is horrible. it smells like glue from hot glue gun glue or melting plastic. if you’re getting it just for the pot, i guess it’s worth it

Great product for the price. Came with a very fair amount of wax beads. First time learner who is really enjoying this machine. I do find I need to reapply sometimes but I really don’t mind. Has saved me quite a bit of money!

Tried using this out of the box and it was really easy to use but the wax didn't pull off most of the hair only some. Ended up returning
